Audrey Covington is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Transformational Life Coach. Her mission is to connect people through yoga with nature and to their highest form of Self. She has created a sacred space to gather in small groups as the world is asking us to do. This ceremonial healing space is a mountain oasis for one on one healing sessions and small private group yoga classes.
